Meet the team

This position reports to the IT Enterprise Apps Team in Manila, with functional reporting to the IT Commercial & Technical Support team based in San Diego. Our talented group consists of Developers and Support team from US and Manila which collaborates with stakeholders from around the globe. It is a true testament to the company’s multicultural diversity. A great opportunity too to work in a global company.

Where you come in:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing bots.
• Ensure compliance with security and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise.

What makes you successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of RPA experience, 2+ years in UiPath.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath tools and .NET/C#/VB.NET or Python.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• You must be a Certified UiPath RPA Associate. UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is a plus.
• You must have at least 3-5 bot developments completed and delivered successfully.
• You must have proven experience using Agile development methodology, JIRA, Confluence & Github.
• You must be flexible and amenable to quarterly rotating shift changes.
• You must have experience navigating and using UiPath’s Orchestrator UI.
• UiPath Database Experience is a plus.
