Associate Inside Sales Representative

They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. What you’ll achieve
In the Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA), you will engage in an intense program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies Sales organization. Over the course of two to three years, you will join our organization as an Associate Inside Sales Representative where you’ll receive premier training from both a technology and sales perspective. Next, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to an Inside Sales Representative, where you will carry a quota and run all aspects of a sales cycle. From there, you can take your career to the next level in outside field sales, sales management, or a specialty selling role. We often see those who are successful in this program having 2-3 jobs in your first three years, all with more responsibility, larger business contribution, and an increase in financial earnings.
You will:

Be immersed in the sales and technology industry by talking to and building relationships with customers as well as qualifying opportunities to drive company revenue

Have consistent engagement and collaboration with the NGSA management team, inside sales teams, field sales teams, renewals teams, and development team

Participate in whiteboard competitions, group messaging competitions, and meet metrics expectations

Essential Requirements

Have 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
-
Eager to pursue a dynamic sales career, with a focus on driving growth and innovation within data centres, generative AI, and digital infrastructure.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Relationship building and interpersonal skills

Proficient in both English and the local language, enabling effective communication across diverse customer and team interactions.

Strong desire to learn
Desirable Requirements

Complete bachelor's degree

Candidate with strong work ethic, a desire to learn, is a self-starter, collaborative, driven, and coachable

Ability to influence others and convey a sense of urgency to drive issues to closure

2-3 years of proven experience engaging with customers—preferably in a sale, customer service, or consultative environment—with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to relocate and work from Dell Technologies Hub locations, promoting greater collaboration and access to core company resources.

Genuine commitment to building a long-term career in sales or technology, with ongoing enthusiasm for learning, professional development, and advancement.
