Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and contracts for internal IT infrastructure equipment (e.g., servers, PCs), software, lab supplies/equipment, and services

• Handle procurement and asset management of general office supplies and company-wide resources

• Manage vendors for maintenance of internal systems and services

• Operate purchasing request and approval processes, compare quotations, and establish cost-saving strategies

• Document all purchasing activities and maintain records through ERP systems

• Source new vendors and negotiate contract terms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT and general procurement

• Understanding of IT product categories such as hardware, software, and cloud services

• Practical knowledge of procurement processes

• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in procurement at a startup or within the IT/semiconductor industry

• Experience with SaaS, security solutions, and cloud service implementation and management

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Proficiency in business-level English or Chinese

• Experience in cost analysis and vendor evaluation

Employment Type

• Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
