Role Overview

This role is responsible for designing and developing drivers that optimize the interaction between hardware and software in the Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Windows PCIe drivers for our in-house NPU chipset

• Optimize driver performance and troubleshoot issues

• Create driver testing plans and develop test applications

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in Windows driver development

• High proficiency in C/C++ programming

• Experience with Windows Driver Framework (WDF), Kernel-Mode Driver Framework (KMDF), and User-Mode Driver Framework (UMDF)

• Deep understanding of hardware/software interfaces

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Contributions to open source software

• Experience optimizing and deploying DNN models across various hardware platforms (CPU, GPU, FPGA)

• Experience using open-source toolkits such as OpenVINO, AIMET

• Experience optimizing GPU kernels using CUDA, Triton, etc.

Employment Type

• Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
