Responsibilities

• Core HR Ops:

Manage employee lifecycle (Onboarding/Offboarding), attendance, and personnel data.

• System & Policy:

Support HR policy updates and organizational restructuring.

• Process Innovation:

Actively identify manual inefficiencies and propose "New Initiatives" to modernize the HR workflow.

• TA Support:

Assist in fast-paced recruitment operations and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years to 5 years of HR experience.

• Agile Mindset:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup with a strong sense of urgency.

• Execution Power:

Proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait for a manual to act.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Embracing Uncertainty:

Strong willingness to operate in ambiguous situations and move beyond a fixed work frame.

• Initiative Taker:

Employment Type

• Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
