Ob den Container Terminal Tollerort an die Chinesen, die HHLA in die Schweiz oder DB Schenker nach Dänemark, man hört seit Jahren nur noch, dass kritische Infrastruktur ins Ausland verscherbelt wird. Warum ist dieser Trend so ausgeprägt, wer gewinnt am Ende dabei außer die Käufer? Die Manager die solche Entscheidungen fällen, bzw. absegnen? Inwiefern werden die dazu incentiviert? Kaufen Deutsche Unternehmen auch Infrastruktur im Ausland auf? Davon hört man nichts.
