Team Lead, Commercial & Regulated Products - Weekend Overnight - Fri - Sun 7:00pm-8:00am at Danaher

Shift:

Weekend Overnight (Fri-Sun 7:00pm-8:00am)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Organize, prioritize, and direct a team of associates purifying oligonucleotides

• Assist with associate training, evaluations, performance management, and development

• Communicate with management and associates to advocate for associate concerns and help ensure management directives are carried out

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience such as two years of expertise

• 12 months IDT lab experience and proficient in two production functions

• Understanding of the full value stream

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred

• Using continuous improvement tools

• Extensive computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, Power Bi, SAP

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay
