The Cell Leader is responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with all applicable procedures, regulations, instructions, and rules. The role ensures the smooth running of the production process by, among other things, reviewing and discussing order documentation.

The Cell Leader acts as a cooperating foreman within the team and is responsible for supervising, instructing, and coaching employees. This role also ensures the proper onboarding and training of new and existing employees.

Additionally, the Cell Leader is responsible for ensuring effective oral and written shift handovers to maintain continuity and operational efficiency. This position reports to the Shift Leader and is part of the Assembly department located in Medemblik and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

  • Ensure the correct and timely handling of the various orders and activities
  • Distributing the workload among operators
  • Ensure functional management of ~12 operators
  • Keeping an eye on the SQDIP indicators
  • Actively participating in SQDIP

Who you are:

  • Can handle changes well and does not let ‘perfect’ get in the way of ‘better’
  • Challenges himself and his team to even better performance
  • Quickly prioritizes to focus on important issues and make an impact there

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in the cleanroom
  • Experience in similar role
