Job Description Summary

The Lobby Ambassador will be part of a team responsible for supporting day-to-day business functions related to access controls, ensuring a safe and secure work environment across Service Now’s properties. This role promotes a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for employees, building management, and the public. The ideal candidate excels in customer service, demonstrates strong communication skills, and possesses an administrative background.

Job Description Access Control Support

  • Provide support for daily business operations related to access control and badge management.

  • Greet guests and coordinate all visitor, temporary, and permanent badging support needed

  • Respond to telephone inquiries regarding badge office policies, procedures, clearance, visitor access, and related issues.

  • Capture ID photos and produce access badges for employees, contractors, and consultants.

  • Create, update, and manage badge user profiles in the security system.

  • Manually assign or revoke access during the badge provisioning lifecycle with proper approval.

  • Create and manage temporary access badges.

  • Resolve badge access issues or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation related to investigations or audits.

  • Ensure consistency and functionality in access control processes and systems.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Guest Services & Experience

  • Deliver white-glove, hospitality-focused service to everyone entering the space.

  • Offer a warm, professional welcome and positive first impression to guests and employees.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby environment.

  • Coordinate and communicate clearly between visitors and cross-functional teams.

  • Promptly address guest concerns (e.g., temperature, cleanliness) in collaboration with relevant departments.

  • Stay informed about meetings and events across the Meeting Center and campus.

  • Escort or direct guests efficiently using a thorough understanding of the facility layout.

  • Answer general questions about on-site and regional amenities and attractions
