Shift: 5:00 PM-5:15 AM

Hourly Rate: $22.37 an hour

Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will combine raw ingredients and oversee the mixing process. You will join a team of over 150 associates and support safe, reliable, and high‑quality production while collaborating across departments to maintain food safety and operational excellence.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • You will combine raw ingredients according to product recipes and operate all related compounding equipment.
  • You will oversee sanitation and preventive maintenance activities within the compounding department.
  • You will use a forklift to carry, stage, and transport raw ingredients.
  • You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, and all Conagra policies.
  • You will identify food safety risks and escalate issues.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Forklift operator experience
  • Willingness to work overtime to support production demand
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
  • Willing to work in a noisy environment with varying temperatures
  • Commitment to safety, sanitation, and food‑handling expectations
