Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of the Digital Commerce Channel within the Coca-Cola system. The role drives the creation, deployment and continuous evolution of the channel playbook, providing strategic guidance and operational best practices for system stakeholders.
In response to rapid market evolution, the role leads the ongoing review and refinement of Digital Commerce channel classification and develops differentiated solution strategies for key sub-channels. Working closely with cross teams, the role uncovers shopper and consumer insights and translates those into clear, actionable channel guidance to drive sustainable channel growth and incidence.
In addition to system-wide initiatives, you will also support specific key initiatives for Digital Commerce customers directly managed by KO. The role involves localizing company and COE standards, driving channel asset deployment, and collaborating closely with bottlers and cross-functional teams to deliver channel innovation.
What You’ll Do for Us

Lead the ongoing review and evolution of the Digital Commerce channel architecture, including sub-channel classification and priority setting, in response to changing market and consumption dynamics.

Develop and continuously evolve the Digital Commerce channel playbook. Translate key shopper/consumer insights into differentiated solutions, actionable frameworks and tools for the entire Coca-Cola system.

Lead the implementation of company and COE standards, tools and best practices for the channel, ensuring both relevance and scalability across markets and bottlers.

Oversee channel asset deployment and project execution to deliver measurable channel growth and operational excellence.

Identify and incubate new opportunities for innovation and partner with bottlers and internal teams to co-create and drive new business initiatives in the channel.

Provide direct commercial and program support for key initiatives led by KO with major Digital Commerce channel customers.

Track, analyze, and report on channel performance and initiatives, synthesizing feedback and insights to COE and business leaders for continuous improvement.

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics.
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.

5+ years of experience in channel development, asset management, or commercial leadership roles, with a focus in channel and bottler engagement in Digital Commerce or related fields preferred.

Demonstrated experience in developing channel strategies or playbooks and supporting successful implementation.

Proven ability to support major account initiatives and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong innovation orientation.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across functions in a fast‑paced environment.
