• 1. 해외 컴플라이언스 및 Risk 관리
• 해외 사업 관련 리스크 식별 및 개선, 가이드 제공, 준법교육

Contract Review and Legal Advice:

• Draft and review contracts primarily in English, including agreements for procurement, software supply, system implementation, operations, and maintenance.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and provide advice and support on overseas legal and regulatory matters relevant to the business.
• 1. Litigation and Dispute Management for Global Business Operations
• Handle and manage litigation, disputes, and risks relating to overseas business operations.

Overseas compliance and Risk Management:

• Identify and address risks relating to overseas business operations, provide compliance guidance
• Conduct compliance training.

지원자격

• KR

• 해외(미국 등) 변호사 자격

• 해외 변호사 자격 취득 후 2-5년 법무 경력

• 영문계약 작성 및 검토 실무 경력(1차 면접 전/후로 영문 계약 검토 Test 있음)

• 영문 및 국문 커뮤니케이션(구두+서면) 역량

• EN

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the United States or another jurisdiction where English is an official or primary language

• 2-5 years of post-qualification experience(PQE)

• Practical experience in drafting and reviewing English-language contracts (The recruitment process includes a written assessment of candidates’ contract review skills, to be conducted before or after the first interview)

• Proficiency in both Korean and English, in both oral and written communication

인하우스 해외 법무(해외 계열사와의 협업 포함) 또는 로펌 내 Cross-border Deal 관련 업무 수행 경력

• EN
• In-house legal experience in global legal affairs, including liaison and collaboration with overseas affiliates, or law firm experience in cross-border transactions preferred.
