Meet the Team
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll be part of the ANZ Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you'll be handling and expanding Cisco’s business within our top enterprise Accounts in Sydney. This role serves as the primary liaison between Cisco and relevant enterprise organisations, driving strategic sales initiatives, building and nurturing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by aligning Cisco’s technology solutions with the unique needs of enterprise clients.
Your Impact
- Strategic-Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-year strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets within premier accounts.
- Deal Orchestration: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, orchestrating internal technical, legal, and product teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
- Executive Engagement: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to align Cisco’s vision with customer business priorities.
- Business Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by leveraging deep industry expertise, economic trends, and competitive market intelligence.
- Value Articulation: Articulate the value proposition, technical benefits, and long-term return on investment of Cisco’s portfolio to address unique customer challenges.
- Customer Transformation: Champion customer-centric business transformation strategies that foster long-term loyalty and deep portfolio penetration.
- Market Insight: Proactively monitor and interpret shifts in the competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations to both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive cross-functional collaboration with extended team resources and partners to identify and capture new opportunities across multiple architectures.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate, data-driven sales forecasting, pipeline management, and account status reporting to internal leadership.
- Brand Advocacy: Enhance Cisco’s brand visibility and thought leadership by representing the organization at industry events, forums, and conferences.
- Customer Success: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, seamless solution delivery, and ongoing support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience, OR,
- Master's degree with 6 years of related experience, OR,
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience working with sales, partners/reseller channels on building practices and driving business or related activities.
- Tenacious with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Present complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects concurrently with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Cisco products and solutions is highly preferred
- Outstanding consultative selling and financial solution skills tailored to unique customer challenges.
- Consistent track record to build positive relationships with diverse buyer personas, including C-level executives.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value and building trust.
