With increasing challenges in regulatory requirements, security threats, and customer expectations, we are growing and have exciting opportunities ahead.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed
  • Collaborate across Security, IT, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to align priorities
  • Identify risks and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies
  • Optimize resource allocation for maximum project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide regular reports and metrics to management and executive teams, showcasing improvements in security posture
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and governance
  • Build and foster cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and successful project delivery

The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • 6+ years of proven project management experience, ideally in cybersecurity or information security
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile coaching principles
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Office 365 for project management and documentation
  • Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and ISO standards
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, or PMP
  • Agile/Scrum certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or CSP-SM

Nice to have:

  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards
  • Familiarity with frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
  • Experience managing diverse teams of cybersecurity professionals
  • Proven track record of delivering results in Agile project environments
