We are seeking an exceptional Senior Automation Developer who thrives on innovation and can push boundaries to deliver cutting-edge automation solutions. This role requires a visionary person with strong technical expertise and the ability to mentor and grow a high-performing team.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead development, and deployment of advanced automation solutions across enterprise systems.
• Implement agentic AI processes and integrate AI-driven workflows into existing platforms.
• Drive innovation in automation by leveraging Python, AI/ML, LLMs, SLMs, and NLP technologies.
• Develop and optimize integrations for seamless process orchestration.
• Implement automation solutions using RPA, Azure Automation, Edge & Cloud Computing, and Computer Vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor team members, foster a culture of learning, and encourage out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ensure best practices in automation architecture, security, and performance.

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Automation platforms and enterprise integration.
• Building and deploying agentic AI processes.
• Python automation and scripting.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Edge & Cloud Computing.
• Azure Automation.
• Computer Vision. Large Language Models (LLM), Small Language Models (SLM), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and deliver solutions beyond conventional boundaries.

Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related discipline OR Equivalent related experience in the field.
