Your key responsibilities:Asset Management & Operations

  • Manage capex programs, refurbishments, and ESG-related initiatives from planning through to completion

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain asset-level business plans and financial models, including DCF analysis, IRR, and cash flow projections

  • Produce regular asset management reports for internal stakeholders and external investors
  • Track KPIs, NOI performance, and budget variances, identifying issues and escalating proactively

Leasing & Value Creation

  • Identify value-add opportunities through asset repositioning and lease restructuring
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to create leasing strategies

Stakeholder Coordination & Governance

  • Liaise with internal teams across Portfolio Management, Finance, Legal, Transactions, and ESG
  • Maintain accurate records in internal asset management systems, ensuring full documentation compliance
  • Support fund governance including preparation of investment committee papers and asset management updates

What we offer you: Investment Analyst Training Program

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in our Investment Analyst Training Program, offering hands-on exposure to real estate portfolio management, transaction management, and asset management. The program fosters global connections across the firm and builds a strong understanding of the CBRE IM framework, supporting long-term growth within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree ideally in Economics, Finance, Investment or Real Estate
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management, investment management, or property advisory (logistics/industrial sector experience strongly preferred)
