Job location: Batu Berendam, Melaka Industry: Industrial manufacturer

Job Requirement: - Graduated with engineering degree, preferably mechanical engineer.

• Minimum 1 years of working experience in HVAC system installation, operation and maintenance.
• Essential knowledge in facilities monitoring and control system (FMCS).
• Proficient with Microsoft Apps (i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
• Candidates with supervisory experience will have an added advantage.
  Job Descriptions:- Ensuring Zero ITP and Zero incidents to meet Service Provider KPI.
• Responsible to manage and keep update on ADeM and SAP PM / One SAP. To ensure all SAP PM / One SAP close within schedule.
• To organise team to ensure PM activity carry out as per SAP PM / One SAP schedule. All PM activity should be verified and upload into SAP PM / One SAP.
• Interface with Engineering, Operation, EHS for equipment, preventive / correction maintenance program and projects & compliance with various regulatory procedures.
• To establish the SOP for the operation and maintenance activity to ensure zero ITP and safety incident.
• Responsible to System documentation e.g. Drawing / specification, and person in charge during new system/equipment handover.
