We’re looking for a bright and passionate Software Team Lead to join our R&D Core team.
In this critical role, you will lead, design, and develop major parts of our highly scalable and high-performance solution. You would be part of engineering the backbone of a revolutionary platform, including complex networking topology and optimizations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of experienced software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and mutual support

• Serve as a mentor and coach, guiding both personal and professional development of team members

• Design, implement, and test network security enterprise solutions

• Perform ongoing research and prototyping for new features and product ideas

• Research new technologies and adopt them for use in the company’s product

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience as a hands-on software developer of a large-scale network or security solution

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead

• In-depth knowledge of Networking, Network Protocols, and Environment

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in customizing Linux or Unix-based operating systems

• Strong proficiency with C in a multithreaded environment

• Experience in developing frequently released production code, our production cycles are short

• Working experience with Networking and Real-Time Development, Security and Network Research, and SaaS infrastructure

• Passionate about demystifying performance, and the system internals from the smallest Makefile flags and bios configurations, and up to holistic integrated solutions with many moving parts

• Expert in designing and building highly scalable services, particularly in SMP environments

• A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
