About Our Team:

The Cap Cut team has been established for seven years. We have incubated a suite of products including Jianying, Cap Cut, Xingtu, Hypic, Jimeng, Dreamina and Pippit, spanning video editing, image processing, AI generation, video marketing and other verticals. We are building a global product ecosystem empowered by AI.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard Thai AI video creators who are proficient in AI video tools (such as Cap Cut AI, Kling, Higgsfield, Dreamina, Canva, Midjourney) to join the Cap Cut Creative Partner Programme (CPP) and produce high-quality, viral AI-generated videos.
• Build and manage relationships with top Thai AI creators in CPP through online campaigns, creator contests, offline workshops, and hackathons, driving the production of high-quality Cap Cut AI content.
• Develop external partnerships with influential Thai AI creators, communities, and ecosystem partners to increase visibility for Cap Cut’s latest AI features, tools, and models.
• Plan and execute in-app template production events to attract more creators, enrich high-quality template supply, and improve user engagement in the Thai market.
• Manage creator communities and organize regular educational sessions to help creators better understand Cap Cut AI features, template creation, and emerging content trends.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

-Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, majoring in Thai Language or related fields

• Love watching AI videos/films. Having experience using AI to generate videos is a big plus.

• Fluent in Thai + English or Thai + Vietnamese. The requirement for Thai language proficiency is mainly driven by business operations serving the Thailand market..

• Work at office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and workshop moderation skills.

• Strong understanding of Thai creator communities, social platforms, and short-video trends.

• Open-minded, passionate about AI creativity, quick to learn, smart, and hardworking.
