Solution Engineer - Vietnam Market, Lark APAC

About Solution Engineering team:

The Solution Engineering team at Lark sits at the intersection of business, technology, and customer success. We translate complex customer challenges into practical, scalable solutions using Lark’s collaboration, automation, and AI capabilities.
We partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customers to design, demonstrate, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Beyond winning deals, we shape how customers transform the way they work by connecting people, processes, and data on a single platform.

• Partner with Account Executives to drive complex deals with multiple C-Level stakeholders
• Own the technical discovery and qualification process to fully appreciate customers' business objectives and pain points.
• Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations and Proofs of Concept that clearly show how Lark’s platform meets customer success criteria.
• Provide first-line technical responses during all phases of a sales cycle.
• Work with customers through the evaluation process to ensure the proposed solution is able to meet customers' key business objectives and technical requirements.
• Partner with Lark GTM teams (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and CSMs) in realizing customers' transformational visions.
• Work closely with product teams to share market insight and shape product roadmap.
• Become the trusted technology advisor for customers, partners and internal teams.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Min 4 years of solution engineering or solution consulting or solution architect experience in SaaS organization.
• Familiar with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem
• Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Experience in building and delivering Proofs of Concept (Po Cs)
• Self-motivated and able to adapt to rapidly evolving product, organization and market.
• Ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours throughout the sales territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with customers in the APAC market, especially Vietnam.
• Possess Industry Domain Knowledge such as ICT, Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, etc.
• Experience in responding to functional & technical elements of RFIs/RFPs independently and effectively
• Experience with cloud technologies - i PaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure, etc.
• Experience on approach of problems and polished resolutions
