Lab Technician (Analytical Lab)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine analytical and microbiology testing in accordance with established procedures

• Conduct environmental monitoring, endotoxin, bioburden, raw material, in-process and finished product testing

• Collect, analyze, and interpret test data and prepare laboratory reports

• Ensure all laboratory documentation, logbooks, and records are completed accurately and on time

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of quality-related issues with cross-functional teams

• Investigate and document non-conformances and out-of-specification (OOS) results

• Perform equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, calibration, and verification

• Support equipment qualification and requalification activities, including documentation

• Ensure all materials and equipment meet required standards prior to use

• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards

• Follow all safety, health, and environmental requirements and escalate any concerns

• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain compliance in all work activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Applied Science, Life Science or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment

• Experience in analytical laboratory setup, equipment troubleshooting, and chemical analysis
