About the role
The Sales & Administrative Support Intern will support the IC Sales organization with a strong focus on Capital Equipment management and Tender Divisional Support. This internship offers hands-on exposure to key commercial processes in a highly regulated healthcare environment, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Capital Equipment Management
- Support capital equipment (CE) order placement, processing, and returns.
- Assist in logistics coordination and tracking of loaned capital equipment.
- Support Marketing and Sales teams in the internal and external contract approval process, including coordination with hospitals and sales representatives.
- Assist in the completion of Capital Equipment Product Authorization Templates (PATs).
Tender Management
- Support the maintenance and update of tender registries (advertised and awarded).
- Assist in tender preparation by gathering required documentation, coordinating internal stakeholders, and supporting timely submission to the tender department.
- Maintain and update the database with complete and accurate technical product information, in coordination with the relevant departments, including Regulatory, Marketing, Tender Management, and others.
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the product approval process across the different provincial procurement platforms. And to keep the database of approved products up to date
- Support the review of purchase orders to identify and resolve pricing discrepancies in collaboration with Customer Service and Tender teams.
- Supporting the sales team in the rollout and follow‑up of selected marketing plan activities.
- Support inventory management activities, including LCPP and PPO reporting, SAP reviews, delivery note preparation, and follow-up with NCAMs/Agents.
What Are We Looking For In You?
- Recently graduated or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Fluent in English & Spanish (B2+); any additional language is a plus.
- Interest in Capital Equipment, Tender Management, Sales Operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational, cross-functional environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
