You’ll lead a talented team of Business Analysts and IT Consultants, driving the modernization and migration of complex workflow platforms. Your work will directly impact how Bosch operates, from Europe to Asia, the Americas to Africa.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Inspire and guide a team of BAs and IT consultants, fostering a culture of growth, agility, and collaboration.
• Modernize Workflows: Analyze and migrate complex platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and business alignment.
• Customer Engagement: Manage relationships with global customers, negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing, and champion their involvement in product development.
• Strategic Analysis: Translate business needs into actionable insights, user stories, and dashboards that drive decision-making.
• Agile Delivery: Champion Agile practices, ensuring iterative value delivery and continuous improvement.
• Change Management: Lead UAT, training, and adoption efforts to ensure smooth transitions and lasting impact.

Your profile

7+ years of Business Analysis experience, with a strong background in IT solutions and migration project. (business workflow product is a plus)

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Exceptional customer relationship and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Agile expertise and familiarity with software development lifecycle.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile) are a plus.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and global collaboration mindset.
