Loyalty Program Manager, Mobility Aftermarket Division

Your tasks

1. e Xtra Loyalty Program: Regional responsible of the e Xtra loyalty program, including bulk points booking, 2.0 upgrade alignment, and global rollout topics.

2. Dealer Portal & Workshop Portal (Bosch Business Portal): End-to-end ownership of the Bosch Business Dealer Portal and Workshop Portal: covering strategy, development, rollout, and ongoing adoption across ASEAN and Oceania. This is the primary and most complex workstream.

• Data Connection with Distributors, Managing the data pipeline between distributor systems and the portal, ensuring accurate CTA targets and Turnover data flow through correctly.
• Campaign Support & Data Utility: Working with local marketing teams to leverage module turnover data for campaigns.
• Feature Development & Roadmap: Defining, planning and prioritizing portal features with the tech team.
• Adoption & Local Marketing Support: Supporting country leads to integrate the portal into daily sales conversations.

1. e Catalogue Migration: Migration of the existing e Catalogue to the new platform and planned sunsetting of the legacy instance across all ASEAN markets.

Your profile

• Project management competencies for aggregating EA requirements on EA level, placing and tracking these with all countries and key stakeholders (global, countries, and customers)
• Strategic problem-solving skills (structured approach for identifying EA overarching strategic problems, developing solutions and preventing future recurrence)
• Entrepreneurial skillset in evaluating business potential, opportunities and threats
• Presentation and negotiation skills, to ensure strong presence in representing EA interests
• Stakeholder management and networking skills beyond the departmental boundaries
• Solid IT background, and experience of driving IT/Digital projects
• Experience of customer loyalty program (or marketing communication) is preferred
