Project Manager – eAxle

Your tasks

In this role, you will lead and coordinate a project team in accordance with the development requirements applicable within the business unit. You will be responsible for the technical implementation of projects, coordination of internal and external stakeholders and monitoring project progress. The position also includes cost responsibility, supplier-related activities and ensuring the successful integration and modification of products.

• Lead and coordinate a project team including project planning, project monitoring and coordination of sub-project leaders.
• Ensure the technical implementation of projects and supervise the development process with regard to project-specific requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate project-specific internal communication within RBHU, with plants and relevant functional areas as well as external communication with suppliers and customers and represent project results internally and externally.
• Integrate newly developed products into existing projects.
• Take responsibility for project costs including development cost estimation and tracking and coordinate product cost calculations.
• Organize and conduct regular SE team meetings with colleagues involved in development activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of project results.
• Support the supplier selection process.
• Plan and coordinate modifications to products already in serial production and ensure their implementation in accordance with defined timelines and cost targets.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a technical, engineering, or product development environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing complex development projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering development processes, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Professional working proficiency in Hungarian and English; German language skills are considered a strong advantage.
