We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund Dealing Administrator to join our Fund Dealing team. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Responsible for the processing of order execution, pricing and contract completion
Responsible for maintaining static data
Preparation of manual instructions
Sourcing manual pricing
Ensuring ongoing access to all market available portals
Handles all client queries and resolves issues within SLA
Monthly preparation of KRIs, Client Billing, Scorecard, Account Ownership and other required reports
Regular liaison with Fund Managers and Transfer Agents
Testing for releases, functional changes, and ad-hoc testing which can include weekend and early morning tests
Keeping procedures updated

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Essential:

Skilled in Microsoft Excel including confident use of formulas, lookups and pivot tables
Good attention to detail, prioritisation and time management required
Experience in dealing with clients over the phone and written (email)
Proactive approach to work and ability to adapt to change and use initiative to overcome challenges

Desirable:

Understanding of Funds and securities settlement – (desirable)
Experience of Funds dealing – (desirable)
Experience of dealing with Fund Managers and Transfer Agents – (desirable)
