We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Manager to join our Managed Account Solutions team. This role is located in New York, NY.

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Define the pod’s roadmap and strategic vision, ensuring all work is aligned to OKRs.
  • Manage stakeholders and works with different pods to ensure effort is aligned with the overall platform strategy and dependencies are managed to deliver outcomes.
  • Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively.
  • Owns end to end of delivery on pod outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements.
  • Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.
  • Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team; maintain a backlog of 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team (digital POs).
  • Work closely with platform leaders to establish each Group’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
  • Monitor the risk and regulatory environment and partners with senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed.

**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 7 or more years of experience in product management for the financial services or financial technology domain.
  • Strong background in managed accounts is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile) are valued.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Curiosity and drive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Possesses a “get-it-done” attitude – ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision.
  • Organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Interested in constantly learning new tools and technologies and a passion to share your knowledge with the team.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $126,000 and $228,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
