What You'll Do:

Holistic project work.You’ll analyze processes, procurement organizations and product groups. You’ll develop suitable strategies and measures to optimize the supply chain and the strategic procurement process. You’ll implement these strategies and** deliver meaningful outcomes** for our clients.

Diverse and engaging projects.

You’ll work on broad client portfolios and project assignments at home and abroad for a wide variety of industries and clients.

Collaborative consulting.

You’ll work closely with clients, preparing and participating in workshops and negotiations. You’ll present processes and structures, be a direct contact for clients and build trust by developing industry understanding and engaging effectively in their respective fields.

Cross-industry development.

You’ll help to build knowledge across the company by participating in various practices areas and centers of excellence. You’ll also** expand your expertise** and continue developing your skillset in new subject areas.

What You'll Bring:

University degree from a high-ranking university with strong academic results.Between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations or consulting.

Ability to think analytically, be flexible with mobility and have enthusiasm for new tasks.You thrive in a team, stay grounded, treat others with fairness, and bring authenticity to every interaction.

Business fluency in Portuguese and English.
