Your Role

Responsible for Operational Excellence Leadership at the plants, designing, documenting, implementing, standardizing, and sharing world-class manufacturing systems; and building and sustaining an Operational Excellence Synergy.

In your daily job, you will be:

  • Responsible for Plant Operational Excellence Coordinators
  • Responsible for achieving annual budget and operational objectives
  • Assure OPEX projects are on track, correctly documented and booked into the system (ECIP)
  • Support Operational Disciplines: 5S’s, 1st Hour productivity, Daily pulse meetings, etc.
  • Strategic Planning operational and functional process standardization
  • New projects design, prove of concept, documentation and training
  • Assure Best Practices are effectively shared and quickly deployed (read across)
  • OPEX Training Strategy
  • Lean Championship
  • OPEX Recognition Strategy

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree terminated
  • Experience in a management role (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in Lean/CI implementation is required
  • Proven track-record of successful project management and managing people
  • Result-driven, combined with the ability to achieve results through people
  • Coaching local CI resources on performance management, improvement, and development
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
