Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and present findings and recommendations to various audiences, ensuring alignment and buy-in across all levels of the organization.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Work closely with engineering, product management, UX/UI design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within sales operations, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Support change management activities, including developing communication plans, training materials, and user adoption strategies for new processes and systems.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for projects, and track post-implementation performance to ensure solutions deliver intended business value.
Ensure all projects and solutions align with the broader Sales strategy and Apple's overall business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a sales, marketing, or enterprise technology environment is highly preferred.
Expertise in one or more enterprise content platforms such as CMS, DAM, PIM, and content syndication platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Stibo STEP, Salsify).
Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions.
Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks/opportunities and proactively drive towards the desired outcomes.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Master's Degree is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience as business analyst, project management, or program management role, specifically leading complex, cross-functional business transformation projects.
