Senior Health Keeper

This is a fixed term contract position.

American Express has recently launched a new in-house massage room and is seeking a Senior Health Keeper to lead, coach, and support a team of Health Keepers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

• Previous experience as a team leader
• Ability to commute to the office daily and work on-site
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Native level of Japanese language

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or operating a massage room

• National certification as an Anma Massage and Shiatsu Practitioner

• Experience as a Health Keeper and/or providing Anma Massage and Shiatsu treatments

• English language proficiency (preferred but not required)

• Operate and manage the massage room, including reservation management and laundering hand towels (approximately 10 towels per month).

• Order and manage supplies and equipment.

• Support internal communications, including company-wide announcements and communications.

• Support Health Keeper team members, including:

• Shift scheduling

• Coaching and guidance

• Time and attendance entry

• Assistance with internal administrative procedures

• Supporting or providing backup massage treatments when needed

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
