Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Gestão da Produção - Área de Pintura
Localização: Itajubá - MG
Modalidade: Presencial
Horário: 7h às 14h
Principais atividades:
-
Apoio às atividades administrativas da área de Pintura;
-
Elaboração e implementação de projeto de melhoria com foco em Qualidade, Prazo ou Custo;
-
Monitoramento dos custos de Pintura e suporte nas ações de redução (Apontamentos no SAP e geração de relatórios);
-
Solicitação e acompanhamento de compra de materiais de consumo e ferramentas;
-
Monitoramento e acompanhamento das ações de melhorias lançadas no programa IMPACT;
-
Suporte aos técnicos nas atividades administrativas;
-
Acompanhamento dos treinamentos e qualificações dos técnicos de Pintura;
-
Controle de documentação (registro, armazenamento e controle);
-
Solicitação e acompanhamento das atividades de manutenção predial da área.
-
Apoio nas atividades de implantação e manutenção do Airbus Operating System (AOS);
-
Apoio na reunião diária de Acompanhamento de indicadores (SQCDP).
Requisitos obrigatórios:
-
Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Eletrônica Engenharia Mecatrônica ou Engenharia Aeronáutica;
-
Desejável conhecimento em Excel;
-
Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
-
Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Production Management Internship – Painting Department
Location: Itajubá, MG
Format:
In-person
Working Hours:
7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Main activities:
-
Supporting administrative activities in the Painting department;
-
Developing and implementing improvement projects focused on Quality, Timeline, or Cost;
-
Monitoring painting costs and supporting cost-reduction initiatives (recording data in SAP and generating reports);
-
Requesting and tracking the purchase of consumables and tools;
-
Monitoring and tracking improvement initiatives launched under the IMPACT program;
-
Supporting technicians with administrative tasks;
-
Tracking training and certification for Painting technicians;
-
Document control (recording, storage, and management);
-
Requesting and tracking building maintenance activities for the department.
-
Support for the implementation and maintenance of the Airbus Operating System (AOS);
-
Support for the daily meeting to monitor indicators (SQCDP).
Required qualifications:
-
Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering;
-
Knowledge of Excel is preferred;
-
Availability to complete an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras.
