Job Description:
Ha surgido una oportunidad para el puesto de Operador Maquina Control Numérico dentro de Airbus Defence and Space en Getafe (Madrid).
El candidato seleccionado se unirá al equipo de la Unidad de Negocio de Producción de Espacio. Nuestra unidad se encarga de la fabricación de componentes críticos para estructuras espaciales. Formarás parte de un entorno multidisciplinar donde transformarás materias primas y materiales compuestos en piezas de alta precisión. El objetivo principal del equipo es garantizar que cada componente cumpla con los estándares de calidad necesarios para las fases de ensamblaje, integración y test de programas espaciales internacionales.
RESPONSABILIDADES

Operar máquina de control numérico de fabricación, desempeñar control dimensional o modificar piezas.
-
Habilidad para operar maquinaria convencional de fabricación acorde a las propiedades del material, uso de útiles y sujeciones. Habilidad para realizar el primer nivel de mantenimiento.

Realizar inspecciones de mantenimiento de primer nivel e inspecciones de calidad de primer nivel

Input: Materias primas, maquinaria, utillaje y herramientas, piezas estándar y componentes, documentación (instrucciones técnicas, manual de usuario, software the control numérico, órdenes de trabajo y tarjetas de trabajo).

Output: Fabricación de piezas listas para ensamblaje, integración y test.
REQUISITOS

Grado de Formación Profesional requerido.
-
Conocimientos y experiencia en la utilización de herramientas de medición.
-
Experiencia en el sector y experiencia como operador de control numérico y trabajando en torno vertical de al menos 2 años.
-
Inglés altamente valorable.
-
Colaborador de equipo.
-
Conocimientos de torno-fresa vertical: características del equipo, ejes, aplicaciones, etc…
-
Conocimientos de mecanizado convencional de piezas de materiales compuestos: herramientas, parámetros, etc…

Conocimientos de trigonometría, coordenadas cartesianas-polares, etc…

Habilidad para la operación de una máquina de control numérico acorde a las propiedades del material, uso de utillaje, sujeciones y monitorización del ''software'' de control. Habilidad para realizar el primer nivel de mantenimiento de los medios de producción

El trabajo se realizará a turnos con opcion de turno fijo de noche

An opportunity for a CNC Machine Operator has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid).
Brief description of the department’s mission: The selected candidate will join the Space Production Business Unit. Our unit is responsible for the manufacturing of critical components for space structures. You will be part of a multidisciplinary environment where you will transform raw materials and composites into high-precision parts. The team's primary objective is to ensure that every component meets the quality standards required for the assembly, integration, and testing phases of international space programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:

Operate CNC manufacturing machinery, perform dimensional control, and carry out necessary part modifications.
-
Operate conventional manufacturing machinery according to material properties, utilizing specific tooling and fixtures.
-
Perform first-level maintenance inspections and first-level quality inspections to ensure operational excellence.
-
Manage production inputs, including raw materials, machinery, tooling, standard parts, and technical documentation (technical instructions, user manuals, CNC software, and work orders).
-
Deliver high-quality outputs, ensuring the fabrication of parts is ready for assembly, integration, and testing (AIT).

Education: Vocational Training Degree (Grado de Formación Profesional) is required.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the sector as a CNC operator, specifically working with vertical lathes.
-
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using precision measurement tools.
-
In-depth knowledge of vertical lathe-milling (equipment characteristics, axes, applications, etc.).
-
Knowledge of conventional machining for composite material parts (tools, parameters, etc.).
-
Solid understanding of trigonometry and coordinate systems (Cartesian-polar).
-
Operational Skills: Ability to operate CNC machinery according to material properties, including the use of tooling, fixtures, and monitoring of control software. Ability to perform first-level maintenance of production assets.

Soft Skills: Strong team collaborator.
-
Languages: English is highly valued.
-
Other: Ability to work in shifts, with the option of a permanent night shift.
