How you will create impact:

As a GenAI Product Analyst at AIG, you will support the development and delivery of innovative AI solutions, helping AIG to become a leader in applying Generative AI to solve complex business challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a newly formed team with the resources and support to explore fresh, creative approaches. With your expertise, we’ll transform how data drives innovation, creating smarter, more efficient, and personalized solutions that set new standards for the industry.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Advocating for customer needs in defining innovative product vision and digital solutions hat drive business value
  • Leading the development of business cases, operating plans, and proposals for new initiatives
  • Conducting research to identify user personas, pain points, and journeys & analyze this information (A/B testing, concept testing, data analysis) to inform product development
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test, and deliver innovative solutions
  • Maintaining supporting documentation (e.g. feature lists, user stories, roadmaps) to help drive prioritization of product features for future releases based on commercial, user and strategic priorities
  • Acting as a champion for the MVP approach, focusing on creating feasible, viable, and desirable solutions
  • Effectively balancing multiple priorities including business value, stakeholder impact, speed to market, and technical feasibility
  • Communicate & monitor progress including regular KPI reporting

What is needed to be successful:

  • 5-10+ years of experience launching data-driven digital products & articulating product vision and alignment with strategic goals
  • Track record conducting field and user research to validate user goals, frictions and behaviors, along with experience using this data to improve processes and inform feature prioritization in line with user needs
  • Deep knowledge and experience of Agile techniques: user story writing, backlog management, Agile planning, road mapping, and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools including Rally or Jira
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across teams and motivate
  • You are collaborative and have experience working with cross-functional product teams
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment through excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle complex issues effectively
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-motivating to achieve objectives

  • You have experience in insurance or financial services
  • You are passionate about innovation and new technologies, specifically within AI & GenAI
  • You have proven experience in product development from concept to launch, including the full product cycle (requirements gathering/analysis, design, testing and documentation)
