Your Role and Responsibilities:

Are you a structured and proactive professional who thrives in a coordinating role with many touchpoints? We are currently looking for a Product Maintenance Coordinator to take ownership of R&D Maintenance activities and ensure smooth execution from development through to production.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving ongoing activities forward, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and according to defined acceptance criteria. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Quality, and Production Engineering, acting as a central point of contact and ensuring alignment throughout the process.

You will also be responsible for maintaining well-structured and traceable documentation, securing transparency and quality across the workflow. With your strong administrative skills and holistic understanding of the development-to-production flow, you will contribute to a controlled and efficient verification process.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain ongoing R&D maintenance activities, including checklists, acceptance criteria, and business cases.
  • Act as a key contact point for Purchasing, Quality, and Production Engineering.
  • Schedule and organize design reviews and manage related storage requests.
  • Structure and administer documentation to ensure full traceability throughout the development and production process.

Qualifications for the role

  • Relevant post-secondary education combined with a strong technical interest.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of project management or project execution.
  • Strong administrative skills with a structured and systematic way of working.
  • Ability to support and guide colleagues in a collaborative, helpful, and communicative manner.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
