Job Description:
The SAP Functional SME - SCM Sourcing is responsible for delivering expert guidance and ensuring the functional correctness of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Sourcing solutions. This includes aligning system functionalities with sourcing processes and operational requirements. The role demands a high level of proficiency in business processes, SAP SCM modules, and sourcing functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Validation and Expertise:

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes to ensure SAP SCM solutions align with business needs and expected system behavior.
• Validate business requirements, workflows, and process improvements with stakeholders, ensuring solutions address real operational challenges.

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient sourcing process workflows.
• Provide expert advice on SAP SCM Sourcing modules to optimize system behavior and delivery quality.

Business Process Optimization:

• Analyze, document, and map sourcing processes to identify pain points and recommend process improvements.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving workflows and achieving better operational outcomes within the sourcing function.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Act as a subject matter expert on sourcing within the SCM domain, providing insights and recommendations to multiple teams.
• Guide and manage team decisions, ensuring collaboration and alignment across various project teams.

Knowledge Sharing and Best Practices:

• Contribute to team expertise by sharing knowledge and best practices related to SAP SCM Sourcing and process design.
• Develop and utilize advanced business process modeling techniques to support decision-making.
