Summary:

Experienced Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer with strong hands-on knowledge across core M365 applications, including Share Point, One Drive, Microsoft Teams, Messaging (Exchange Online), and Teams Enterprise Voice. The role involves day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement of collaboration services.

Job Requirements:

Create and manage Share Point Online sites, including site structure, permissions, and custom permission levels.
Perform Share Point page customization using out-of-the-box features such as web parts, templates, and layouts.
Administer and support One Drive for Business and user access scenarios.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Share Point Online, Exchange Online (Messaging), and Microsoft Teams.
Manage and support Microsoft Teams, including team creation, channel management (standard, private, and shared), and end-user issues.
Develop and maintain scripts using SharePoint PowerShell and PnP PowerShell for automation, reporting, and remediation tasks.
Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Teams Enterprise Voice (EV), including basic calling, policies, and user configuration (considered an added advantage).
Support Share Point migration activities using the Share Point Migration Tool and assist with planning and execution.
Monitor service health, investigate incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service stability.
Follow governance, security, and best practices across M365 collaboration workloads.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong hands-on experience with Share Point Online, permissions, and site administration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online (Messaging).
Experience with PowerShell and PnP PowerShell scripting.
Good understanding of M365 collaboration architecture and governance.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of Teams Enterprise Voice.
Experience with automation and reporting for M365 workloads.
Exposure to large-scale Share Point or M365 migrations.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Share Point Online Administration.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
