Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around steering the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that elevate control, precision, and data integrity. Your role involves fostering innovative testing strategies that leverage automation and intelligent solutions to predict and address potential issues proactively, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Collaboration and leadership are key as you guide teams through this transformation, driving efficiency and effectiveness in testing operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices across projects.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business goals.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new testing tools and technologies to optimize automation efforts.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
• Experience with scripting and programming languages relevant to test automation.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test cases.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within automated testing environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
