The position requires continuous exploration of data patterns and trends to enhance the quality and impact of business intelligence outputs, contributing to informed and effective organizational strategies.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics outcomes with business objectives.
• Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and analytical methodologies to enhance project delivery.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on analytical approaches.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data models through rigorous validation and testing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard creation to effectively communicate insights.
• Experience in handling large datasets and performing data transformation and cleansing.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.
• Familiarity with integrating multiple data sources to build comprehensive analytical models.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing business intelligence solutions for performance improvements.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
