The High power Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors and generators. The Division's induction, synchronous and special design motors and synchronous generators power critical applications across industry, infrastructure and marine transportation. Combining the best available materials with superior technology, the large motors and generators are designed to operate efficiently and reliably, even for challenging processes or applications and to have low life cycle costs.
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Participate in BL sales strategy discussions, agree short- and long-term goals and negotiate the BL sales budget and set industry/application pricing strategy and tactics
- Create the sales/growth plans for the assigned region/application and key customers countries together with local sales organization. Be responsible for improvement of sales force VBS enablement, engagement, market coverage, pipeline creation, leading CTS and cadent business review
- Lead the team to establish and maintain effective customer relationships, gain a deep understanding of customer needs from the perspective of industry and application. Coordinate with backend support and product teams to explore customer value, achieve value-based selling and drive business growth
- Analyze customer needs and support the local Sales organization/customers by visit at a sufficient frequency, provide technical support and offer product/solution/service-related training. Responsible for defining the transfer price
- Order transferring with final confirmation of technical, commercial and delivery terms. Responsible for analyzing lost proposals to increase future competitiveness
Qualifications
- Sc. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years in technical support or sales experience on large synchronous motor or generator
- Familiar with applications of large synchronous motor or generator. Good understanding of the working principles and technology for large synchronous motor or generator
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, able to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
- Strong focus on achieving outcomes, able to manage and deliver expected results
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new, challenging situations
- Bright personality and stable, can work under pressure, willing to communicate with customers, can adapt to frequently travel
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
