Mission of the Role

Are you passionate about technical and commercial support and proposal development? Would you like to be part of a global company driving industrial transformation through cutting-edge technology?

ABB is looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join the Energy Industries division, supporting the development of commercial proposals for service spare parts, with a focus on Electrification products.

In this role, you will interact with customers and internal stakeholders to develop solutions and proposals for segments such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, and other energy-related markets.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare commercial proposals and technical/commercial presentations focused on spare parts and related services.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, channels, and sales specialists regarding ABB products, systems, and applications.

  • Perform analysis and diagnostic studies to define the most suitable technical solution based on customer needs.

  • Respond to more complex technical and commercial inquiries, contributing to agility and accuracy in customer support.

  • Develop and sustain new sales opportunities, while also supporting the resolution of specific customer issues.

  • Support the achievement of targets related to orders, NPV (Net Price Variation), and NPS (Net Promoter Score).

  • Contribute to budget targets, including volume and profitable growth within the product groups under your responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or technologist degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.

  • Experience in preparing commercial proposals.

  • Technical knowledge of Electrification products, such as circuit breakers, electrical panels, and related items.

  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into commercial proposals aligned with customer needs.

  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers, channels, and internal teams.

Nice to Have / Differentiators

  • Basic knowledge of Process Automation and related systems.

  • Experience supporting customers in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical segments.

  • Intermediate level of English.
