Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Join in customer project, develop speical motor according to the customer specification.
- Communicate with back-end department for complex technical solution feasibility.
- Follow up special motor prototype manufacture. Develop system solution with converter and motor.
- Visit customers to support sales. Collect market requirement. Help sales to promote new product and new solution
Qualifications for the role
- Education(Level): University graduate or above.
- Major: Mechanical Engineering.
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Fluent English ( oral and written)
- Over three years experience in converter technical development. Good at control between converter and motor
- Be good at communication,full of euthusiasm,and like challenging
- Willing to work with different cultures.
