Role Overview

This Position reports to: IS Technology Service Owner-Recruit

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.

This role is contributing to the IS Functional Technology Services Globally. Main stakeholders are Talent Acquisition Functional Team.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Providing business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope
• Collecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties
• Applying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities
• Conducting advanced modelling activities for significant change programs

Qualifications

• Established and advanced analytical skills, with 4-5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder management within IT or IS environments
• Experience delivering solutions in HR systems or recruitment technology landscapes is an added benefit
• Proven track record as an IS Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst supporting enterprise platforms, digital transformation initiatives, and technology‑enabled business solutions, including Workday implementations, enhancements, or integrations
• Highly adept in specialized software and platforms, including:
• Requirements and delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
  • Data and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel)
  • Enterprise applications such as Workday (Recruitment /Talent Acquisition), CRM, Service Now, or equivalent systems
• Passionate about problem‑solving and innovation, with a strong focus on process optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering measurable business value through technology, particularly in people‑centric and recruitment‑driven processes
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis frameworks and delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and ITIL, with experience working with cross‑functional teams spanning HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and external vendors
• Comfortable and effective communicating in English with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders, including HR and recruitment leadership
