Position Overview

Reports to: Senior Engineering Manager

Member of System Drive Low Voltage Drives Product Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Take the ownership of responsible products, including product technical support, problem solving, product data maintenance, product certification and product documentation
• Organize and maintain product data, including BOM/PDR, drawings, test specification, lead and follow up ECN release and implementation process
• Take responsibility of product cost, coordinate with SCM and other function to cut cost from localization and available material source development
• Responsible for component qualification process and support verification test
• Collaborate and coordinate with R&D, TPM, SCM and Sales to achieve product responsible targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree of Electrical engineering or electric background
• Experience in product maintenance within product lifetime
• Experience of supplier management, well communication and negotiation skills
• Good team player, proactive attitude
• Good English and Chinese communication skills
