This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Job Summary

As a Process Operations Specialist, you will work independently with daily tax matters, including calculations and preparing declarations, support Tax audits as well as support global projects and cross functional projects. Other tasks can also be assigned by Tax operations team leader or manager.

Reports to: Business Chief Financial Officer

Core Responsibilities

• Working with tax compliance and tax technical matters, especially with monthly VAT filling package preparation, and CIT annual filing package preparation
• Withholding tax calculations, declarations, recording contracts and relevant communication with the Business
• Supporting the management of tax audits
• Tax Accounts netting and clearing, including reconciliation analysis

Qualifications

• Experience in operating different SAP versions and familiar with FSV for local GAAP report and data analysis
• Sound knowledge in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint etc.
• Strong communication and learning ability
• Good English speaking and writing
• Over 3 years working experience in accounting or tax operations in multinational Groups
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or taxation
• Holding accounting certificate
