Job Description:

工作职责:1、基于市场洞察,围绕外科业务战略,整体规划外科专业教育重点项目,并进行内容更新与持续迭代,确保项目始终贴合临床发展趋势与外科医生成长需求。
2、与外科各业务团队充分沟通合作,洞察一线业务需求,确保专业教育重点项目与市场策略高度契合;
3、与外科专业教育术式团队、区域团队密切协作,推进项目在各术科、各业务部门、各区域高质量落地,并根据区域术式发展实际进行项目创新探索;
4、与专业教育解决方案团队、商业教育团队及其他相关团队密切合作,探索专业教育新工具与平台在项目中的创新运用;
5、建立项目运营效果的分析与评估机制,对项目运营成果进行系统化提炼,并转化为可传播的案例与工具,通过专业教育项目持续提升临床医生手术技能。

岗位要求:
1,本科及以上学历,临床医药类专业优先;
2,系统的思维能力及策划能力;
3,敏锐的市场洞察力,良好的沟通协调能力及项目管理能力;
4,较强的执行力,积极主动,勇于创新;
5,较强的演讲及表达能力,熟练的计算机应用能力;
6,5年以上工作经历,有医疗器械/医药公司相关工作经验,医学培训领域经验优先。
