Job Description:

工作职责：1、基于市场洞察，围绕外科业务战略，整体规划外科专业教育重点项目，并进行内容更新与持续迭代，确保项目始终贴合临床发展趋势与外科医生成长需求。
2、与外科各业务团队充分沟通合作，洞察一线业务需求，确保专业教育重点项目与市场策略高度契合；
3、与外科专业教育术式团队、区域团队密切协作，推进项目在各术科、各业务部门、各区域高质量落地，并根据区域术式发展实际进行项目创新探索；
4、与专业教育解决方案团队、商业教育团队及其他相关团队密切合作，探索专业教育新工具与平台在项目中的创新运用；
5、建立项目运营效果的分析与评估机制，对项目运营成果进行系统化提炼，并转化为可传播的案例与工具，通过专业教育项目持续提升临床医生手术技能。

岗位要求：
1，本科及以上学历，临床医药类专业优先；
2，系统的思维能力及策划能力；
3，敏锐的市场洞察力，良好的沟通协调能力及项目管理能力；
4，较强的执行力，积极主动，勇于创新；
5，较强的演讲及表达能力，熟练的计算机应用能力；
6，5年以上工作经历，有医疗器械/医药公司相关工作经验，医学培训领域经验优先。
