Position Overview
This Position reports to: Service Team Leader
Background Requirements
- Newly graduated with a Bachelor diploma or above, major in Electrical engineering and Automation (focus on PLC, Drive, Motor…)
- This role is open for candidates who will graduate by June 2023
- This role is also open for candidates who are up to two years graduate and experience in Industrial automation field (PLC and Drive Relevant)
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Willing to travel frequently (250 days / year)
- Proactive, Good communicator, Flexible, Self-motivated, positive & continuous learning attitude
- Good English skill, include writing, speaking & listening (CET-6 priority)
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for achievement of qualitative service works assigned by supervisor
- Report project manager about site situation and service process
- Keeping in line with ABB Ports operation and safety principle issued by top management
- Provide service to customers to install, repair and maintain equipment properly, to ensure equipment in normal operation
- Communicate with customers daily with ABB service plan to follow up the schedule
- Follow all service procedure strictly to ensure commissioning quality
- Site training performed for customers
- Regularly reporting line manager about service status and safety issues
- Follow site office principle and site management
- Handover final documents and backup to project engineer after service close-out
- Daily administration and document control according to ABB site office regulation
- Working with oversea teams to do commissioning of ABB ports delivered Automation systems worldwide
