Job Description:

SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION

Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Understand fundamental software testing processes and methodologies, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language (Python preferred), and familiar with popular automation testing frameworks.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and team collaboration.
• Possess excellent communication skills and solid English reading and writing abilities.
