Role Overview
Reports to: Senior Engineering Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and participating in the local Trainee Program.

Within 12 months, deeply understand the entire operation process of MNS low-voltage switch cabinets, go through several rotations, fully participate in project bidding, engineering design, intelligent manufacturing, quality management, and verify your interest direction through real projects.

Qualifications
- Electrical major, with no more than 2 years of working experience
- Possess good communication skills and be able to confidently use English to speak on the microphone
- Be energetic and innovative, eager to showcase one's talents in the field of electrical engineering
- Be curious about new technologies and willing to continuously learn and explore, contributing one's own strength to the development of the industry
- Long for growth in an environment full of challenges and opportunities, working together with outstanding team members to realize one's career dreams
