Dear hiring team,
I understand that the central requirement for this Logistics Operations role is coordinating orders, carriers, capacity, inventory, and exceptions so goods move with clear custody and traceability. I am motivated by logistics work where better coordination becomes a more dependable promise to customers and operating partners.
As Senior Logistics Operations Manager, I held both execution and review responsibility. As workstream lead, I reconciled SAP shipment records with warehouse scans to trace logistics exceptions across the supply chain. I separated late carrier events from missing inventory movements before assigning corrective actions.
Within that same senior scope, I also owned the following work. With responsibility for the review standard, I used root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of dock-to-stock time, comparing arrival, receipt, and put-away timestamps. I changed the receiving handoff where the longest controllable delay occurred.
